By downloading, installing, or otherwise accessing Krafio ("the App"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download or use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Krafio ("we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using Krafio, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Where local law sets a higher digital consent age, users below that age may only use the App with valid parent or legal guardian consent.
Bolum 02Hizmet
Krafio is a mobile application designed to help craft enthusiasts plan, track, and manage their hobby projects across all creative disciplines — including but not limited to knitting, crochet, sewing, ceramics, woodworking, leathercraft, macramé, embroidery, and painting.
The App allows you to:
- Create and manage multiple craft projects with photos and notes
- Track materials, inventory, and supply costs
- Log time spent and monitor progress on each project
- Generate shareable project completion cards
- Organise patterns, inspiration links, and references
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavour to notify users of any significant changes in advance where reasonably practicable.
Bolum 03Kullanici Hesaplari
To access certain features of Krafio, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@krafio.app if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. One person may not maintain more than one account without our prior written consent.
Bolum 04Icerigin
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or store within Krafio, including project descriptions, photographs, notes, and any other materials ("User Content").
By using the App, you grant Krafio a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, and display your User Content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you. This licence does not grant us the right to sell, share, or commercially exploit your content.
Your creative work belongs to you. We store it only to power your experience within the App — nothing more.
You represent and warrant that you own all rights to your User Content or have obtained the necessary permissions, and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any applicable law.
You may delete your User Content at any time from within the App settings. You may also request a machine-readable copy of your project data by contacting support; self-service export availability may vary by feature and platform. Upon account deletion, your content will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it.
Bolum 05Abonelik ve Odeme
Krafio offers a free tier with access to core features and a Pro subscription that unlocks the full feature set, including unlimited projects, advanced analytics, and priority support.
Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis and are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform. All billing, payment processing, and refund policies are governed by the respective store's Terms of Service.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store or Google Play account settings
- No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law
- We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers
Free tier users may continue to access the App subject to feature limitations that may change over time. We will communicate meaningful changes to the free tier in advance.
Bolum 06Yasakli Kullanim
You agree not to use Krafio to:
- Upload, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringes any third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the App
- Circumvent or disable any security or technical protection measures
- Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access or scrape the App
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the App or its underlying infrastructure
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without our express written consent
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
Bolum 07Icerigin Denetlenmesi ve Kullanici Tarafindan Olusturulan Icerik
While Krafio is primarily a personal project management tool, we maintain community guidelines to ensure the platform remains a safe and respectful space for all users.
User-Generated Content Moderation: You agree not to upload, share, or store any content that is:
- Illegal, unlawful, or violates any applicable regulation
- Abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or hateful
- Sexually explicit, obscene, or exploitative material or imagery
- Non-consensual intimate images or content
- Spam, misleading, or deceptive
- In violation of any third-party intellectual property rights
- Otherwise harmful or offensive
Reporting Violations: If you discover content that violates these guidelines, you may report it by emailing abuse@krafio.app. We review all reports within 24 business hours.
Enforcement: Upon verification of a violation, we take appropriate action which may include removing the violating content and/or suspending or terminating the offending account. In cases involving illegal activity, we will cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.
Confidentiality of Reports: Reports are confidential. We do not publicly disclose the identity of those who report violations, and reporter privacy is protected to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Bolum 08Fikri Mulkiyet
All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, user interface, trademarks, and written content (excluding User Content), are and shall remain the exclusive property of Krafio or its licensors.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on your personal device solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express prior written consent.
Bolum 09Gizlilik
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains in full how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use Krafio.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not serve third-party advertisements within the App.
Bolum 10Sorumluluk Reddi
Krafio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any data stored within the App will be free from loss, corruption, or unauthorised access, though we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
We strongly recommend that you regularly back up any content or data that is important to you using the export features available in the App.
Bolum 11Sorumlulugun Sinirlandirilmasi
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Krafio and its developers, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10.00.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Bolum 12Fesih
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the App. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from within the App settings. Upon deletion, your User Content will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Limitation of Liability — shall continue to apply.
Bolum 13Sartlarda Degisiklik
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our service, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the App or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of Krafio after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App before the changes take effect.
Bolum 14Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Uyusmazliklar
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the Republic of Turkiye. If you are accessing the App from within the European Union or another consumer-protection jurisdiction, your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by these Terms.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkiye, unless mandatory law in your country of residence requires a different forum.
