Section 02

Account & Data

Your Krafio account gives you access to all your projects across devices. Here is what you need to know about managing it.

  • Changing your email or password: Go to Settings -> Account -> Edit Profile.
  • Signing in on a new device: Download Krafio and sign in with your existing credentials. Your projects sync automatically once connected to the internet.
  • Deleting your account: Settings -> Account -> Delete Account. All data is permanently deleted within 30 days. This action is irreversible.
  • Data export: Full export is coming soon. For urgent requests, contact support@krafio.app.
Under GDPR and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at privacy@krafio.app to exercise these rights.

Billing & Subscriptions

Krafio Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store or process your payment information directly.

  • Managing your subscription (iOS): iPhone Settings -> [Your Name] -> Subscriptions -> Krafio.
  • Managing your subscription (Android): Google Play -> Profile -> Payments & subscriptions -> Subscriptions -> Krafio.
  • Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Access continues until the end of the paid period; no partial refunds are issued.
  • Refunds (iOS): Submit a refund request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Refunds (Android): Contact Google Play support via the Google Play Help Centre within the eligible refund window.
  • Restoring a purchase: Settings -> Restore Purchases, or sign in with the account you used when subscribing.

We are unable to process refunds or billing disputes directly. These must go through Apple or Google as payment processors. If you run into trouble, email us and we will help guide you through the process.

Technical Issues

Experiencing a bug or unexpected behavior? Try these steps before contacting support:

  • Force-quit the app and reopen it
  • Check that you have a stable internet connection
  • Make sure the app is updated to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play
  • Sign out and sign back in via Settings -> Account -> Sign Out
  • If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app. Your data is stored in the cloud and restored after sign-in

If none of the above resolves your issue, contact us at support@krafio.app with a description of the problem, your device model, and your operating system version. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.

Report Inappropriate Content

Krafio is built on trust and respect. While most users are thoughtful and kind, if you discover content that violates our community guidelines—including harmful, offensive, or illegal material—we urge you to report it.

What Can Be Reported?

  • Abusive, harassing, or hateful content
  • Illegal activity or content
  • Spam or misleading information
  • Intellectual property violations
  • Non-consensual or exploitative material
  • Spam bots or fake accounts

How to Report

If you encounter inappropriate content within the Krafio app, please report it using the in-app 'Report' feature (typically a flag icon) on project cards or user profiles. Provide a brief description of the issue and select the reason category.

Alternatively, email a description and supporting details to abuse@krafio.app with the subject line 'Content Report'.

Our Response

We review all reports within 24 hours during business days. Upon verification of a violation, we take appropriate action which may include removing content, suspending or terminating the offending account, and cooperating with law enforcement if necessary. We respect user privacy and will not disclose your identity as a reporter unless required by law.

Reports are confidential. We do not publicly identify who made a report, and your identity is protected unless legally required to be disclosed.
